Eco Friendly traditional Kerala style design on the banks of Eranjoli river for Mrs:Vasantha Satheesh where the outhouse design is well balanced by the Padippura, Fountain, Gazebo and Kadavu.
The existing structure was extended to all sides by varandhas for making it spacious and the roofing was made up of a combination of tiles and wood.
3. Mr:Jagannath’s House Type: New Residence
Taking up the challenge of designing a typical Kerala style “Tharavadu” in an area of five cents the design with closed balcony and upper living room was done .Light weight model staircase which will take less space and money but will never compromise with looks and a water body made of old bronze vessel are typical examples of cost effective interiors.

5.Jaybee's Villa Type: New Residence
Artist's own residence done in colonial design style which is a typical example of cost effective construction.Wooden materials like doors, windows and furniture from
old houses were brought and was given the 'glamour' touch by the designer.
All windows and Doors of this classy residence is the remnisences of Calicut Cooperation office made by the British and those of E&S company and Pierce Lesly way back 1864 brought for a mere 60,000 Rupees.
6.Mr:Peethambaran's House Type: Rennovated House
An example of 'Jaybees touch', the old house was rennovated keeping the existing structure as such changing the whole look and feel.
