Jayan as an Artist

Starting his career as an artist, Jayan has done lots of painting exhibitions all over Kerala.His Anti Drug campaigns though his pictures was a fruitful effort to educate and empower youth to reject illicit drugs. His series of paintings based on famous novelist O.V.Vijayan’s “Dharmapuranam” helped him to have his own place in Kerala’s Art world.

Jayan as a Designer

With his own concepts and ideas Jayan was able to have his creative style in Kerala's traditional architectural design . Replacing costly wooden material with ferro cement products and using tiled roofs instead of RC roof which is not that suitable for Kerala's climate he made a landmark in typical Kerala style design.

Interiors and Landscaping are areas where 'Jayan touch' has lot to do. Using antique pieces like lamps , old vessels , murals, stained glasses , ferro cement products, fountains and sculptures of give the real 'ancient' look for your interiors.Additions and alterations can improve and complement your home if they are properly designed ... avoid the "tacked-on" look and wasted spaces

Right now he is busy with his works at Calicut International Airport where he is in charge of the interiors of both International and Domestic terminals

The domestic terminal of the airport is done with the theme "Wayanad- the greenary of Kerala" which incorporates the lifestyles and artforms of the aboriginal tribes
